How long does it take to receive my order?

We typically ship orders within 1-3 Business Days. In the event of a sale, shipping times may be delayed. If you ordered a tumbler and a shirt, it will arrive separately in 2 packages. Note that embroidered items may take a bit longer in some instances as these are made on a custom one-to-one basis.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped. You'll receive a link to track your order.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we do offer International shipping.

How can I exchange an item?

Hassle-free returns! Please email info@madeformasons.com with your name, order #, and reason for returning. If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost.  Note that all sales are final for custom items.

Do you offer refunds?

Absolutely. If you don't love your Made For Masons item, we will refund your money. Refunds must be processed within 30 days of your purchase date. Item must be in the same condition as you received it.
